Step 1: Book Your Rental
Browse our inventory on the website, and book the items you want for your rental period. Equipment will arrive the day before, and be collected the day after, your rental period.
Step 2: Place Your Order
Go through the checkout process, where you'll select whether you want delivery or to collect from our base in Canmore, Alberta. Delivery includes return shipping.
You'll also need to secure your order -- this may be a security deposit, or a damage waiver. For verified members, there is no deposit required under a certain value.
If you are a new customer and we cannot fully verify you, you may be required to pay a larger deposit than is shown at checkout. We'll be in touch if this affects you.
Step 3: Submit Your ID
If you are a new customer, you will need to submit your ID documents. This can be found in the 'My Account' section when you are logged into the website.
We'll also give you a call to confirm your order and to make sure we have everything we need before shipping to you.
Step 4: Returns
When you're done with your rental, just pack up the equipment back into the same box it arrived in. This is important, as the box may have necessary labels needed for shipment (for example, showing that it cointains Lithium-ion batteries).
We recommend taking a photo of the box, open, when the equipment arrives so you can remember how it was packed.
Ensure there is enough void fill within so that items do not rattle around within the box. Make sure equipment is secured inside within a case or separate box (supplied with your rental).
A courier will collect from you the day after your rental period ends. If you miss the collection, you must call us immediately to book another collection.
Step 5: We'll check it over
Once everything has been received back at our base, we'll check it over to ensure things are working properly. If there is any damage, we'll be in touch with you.
If all looks good, you'll receive an email letting you know that the booking is closed and any deposit will be returned back to you.
